1. Head of Sales ( Code : HoS )
- Enhance sales effectiveness by leading and managing sales force, with min. 7 years sales experience in related industries. Excellent in communication and leadership skills
- S1 degree in Business / Engineering, MBA degree is an advantage.

2. Quality & HSE Manager ( Code : QHSEM )
- Mapping, aligning, controlling and improving business processes, also responsible for managing safety, health & environment in every process.
- S1 degree in Engineering. MBA degree is an advantage with min. 6 years experiences

3. Business Development Manager (Code : BDM )
- Grow the existing powerbusiness and generate other potential business while keeping their feasibilities in mind.
- S1 degree in business / engineering, with min. 6 yrs exp. in power business


4. Marketing Communication Superintendent (Jr. Manager)(Code:MC) – Develop, organize and implement advertising, promotional and public relations cam to further promote the company business and achieve, agreed targets.
- S1 degree n relevant background, with min 5 years exp. in marketing / business dev.

5.Maintenance Strategy & Planning Superintendent ( MSPS )
- Provide strategic direction services to all Equipment management functions, from Diesel Engine Generating Machine to miscellaneous equipment.
- S1 Mechanical Engineering degree with min. 5 yrs exp. in heavy industries

6. Engineer (Code : Maintenance / Fluid /Application / Fleet / Warranty/ Quality/ Supplier Quality / Sales ) & Technician (code: Tech )
- Assist the overall operation focusing in Engineering aspect, with min. 2 years working experience.
- Engineer : S1 Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial/ or related.
- Technician  Diploma degree In Mechanical / Electrical and Industrial. Wiling to be placed in any part of Indonesia.

7. Executive Trainee ( Code : ET)
- Having passion to learn about new concepts in business of power and energy services business as parts of executive educational programs.
- S1 degree ‘from any major (engineer preferred), fresh graduate or 1 year exp.
